-Traditional Chicken Gyros
-Slow cooked lamb marinated in Greek herbs. Served with oven baked potatoes in lemon & oregano.
-( Gemista) Stuffed peppers with rice and herbs in tomato sauce (v)
-(Giouvetsi) Slow cooked beef in rich tomato sauce served with orzo pasta

Homemade baklava (Mum’s recipe)
-Ekmek kadaifi ( shredded phyllo pastry, custard topped with pistachios)
