Smokin Brads Pop-up at the Sociable Beer Company Worcester – as part of the Worcester Pub Beer Festival.

Worcester’s biggest brewery was opened in the old police lost property store in February 2017. Two years and we regularly have up to 8 cask ales, brewed on the premises, as well as two ciders from Oldfields and eight craft beers on the tapwall from some of the UKs finest small brewers.

As well as a reputation for great ale, The Sociable Beer Company is also a well loved music venue and party destination for Worcester’s most sociable drinkers.

We will have food on throughout the festival as well as live bands on Friday night, Saturday night and Sunday afternoon – see our social media for details.

Friday: Doors open 5 pm, food is served from 6 pm

Saturday:: Doors open and food served from 5 pm

Sunday: Doors open and food served from 1 pm-7 pm

FRIDAY
Cubano (£6) 16-hour hickory smoked pulled pork layered with smoked ham, swiss cheese, mustard mayo & pickles in a toasted Cuban roll.

Hickory Wings (£5) Free range chicken wings, smoked low n slow over hickory until tender and juicy before finishing in the fryer for a crispy skin. Tossed in your choice of sauce: Sweet BBQ, Hot BBQ or Ringstinga. Served with blue cheese or ranch dip, celery garnish.

(V) Cauli Wings (£5) Smoked cauliflower florets, tossed in seasoned flour and fried until crispy and golden. Tossed in your choice of sauce: Sweet BBQ, Hot BBQ or Ringstinga. Served with blue cheese or ranch dip, celery garnish.

SATURDAY
Beef brisket (£7) This huge hunk of dry aged beef is rubbed liberally with sea salt and cracked black pepper, then smoked low ‘n’ slow over hickory until tender, moist and intensely smoky. Sliced and served in a seeded brioche bun with American cheese, buttermilk slaw, house pickles & Memphis BBQ sauce.

Worcester hotlink-dog (£6) Our take on a Texas hotlink sausage. Handmade by us and hickory smoked. These are the real deal.  Bursting with flavours of chilli, mustard seeds, garlic and black pepper, with a little Worcestershire sauce for good measure- and juicy as hell. Served in a brioche hot dog roll with diced house pickles, mustard & cheese sauce, topped with crispy onions.

SUNDAY 
Wood fired free range chicken (£7) Super tender, super juicy chicken quarters, brined overnight before finishing in the smoker. Served with smoked mac & (4) cheese, collard greens.

(V) Wood fired cauliflower (£6) Wood fired half head of cauliflower finished with garlic butter and parmesan. Served with mac ‘n’ (4) cheese, collard greens.
