Bread Basics Class at Harts Barn Cookery School, Longhope

Conquer the basics of making bread. Learn by demo and hands on experience how to make a simple yeasted dough. We will talk about different types of yeast, flour, kneading methods and shaping bread. You will make a loaf of bread and batch of rolls from start to finish.
Aprons will be provided.
Tea and Coffee available throughout the class.
