The Stagg Inn is at the meeting point of two old drovers’ roads and has been added to and changed over the centuries. The owners have tried to be true to this rustic heritage and serve local produce in their cosy bar and dining rooms.

Over the years The Stagg Inn has won various awards for their food and drink, including  ‘Herefordshire Dining Pub of the Year’ in the Good Pub Guide 2020 and it has won their National Award twice.

Chef Thomas Tudor was born in Solihull and has accumulated a large body of experience in kitchens from Stratford-upon-Avon to the Marches. His previous experience includes establishments such as Mallory Court (3 rosettes), The Elms at Abberley (2 rosettes), and The Inn at Welland (2 rosettes and a Michelin Bib Gourmand). His Head Chef position at The Stagg Inn represents a natural progression for him to showcase his enviable abilities.

Tom & Vittoria are proud to showcase local produce and work closely with local suppliers & growers.

You will find The Stagg Inn in most guide books including Hardens, The Good Food Guide, Good Hotel, Michelin Guide and Sawday’s.
