Phai’s Kitchen is a local caterer based in Cheltenham. Phai’s business is modelled around the tradition Thai food popular throughout Thailand, but at the same time providing dishes that you would not normally see in Thai restaurants here such as Thai chicken rice.
“I learnt my skills and knowledge from my mother who is an excellent family cook, after all she bought up 5 healthy children who love her cooking! We think she makes the best Thai green curry in all the land! Mine being the second best of course!”
Phai’s Kitchen also try to do their bit for the environment by using biodegradable plates and wooden cutlery, sourced from a local supplier. They also use free-range chicken in all of their dishes. All the kaffir lime leaves used in their dishes are picked from Phai’s grandfather’s garden in the north of Thailand, they are organically grown in his backyard.
If you are looking for Thai food but with a bit of difference then pop along to one of the local Phai’s Kitchen events. Make sure to try one of their Thai red curry arancini with kaffir lime and Thai basil mayo, they are a must!!
