Anchor Pub & Kitchen

THE BURGER: BBQ Bourbon burger Topped with pulled BBQ beef brisket, cheddar, house pickles & a glug of Kentucky Bourbon with rosemary salted fries. A classic burger is also available Beef patty, tomato, lettuce, house pickles, secret sauce, red onion & rosemary salted fries

Ounce Bar & Kitchen

THE BURGER: A selection of burgers are available on the lunch menu. Ounce burgers are hand pressed by their chosen butcher chefs, using Ounce’s very own meat. They mince a first-class blend of 3 different cuts (fillet, ribeye & rump), served on a Worcestershire’ own ‘Ma Baker’ brioche.

Smokin’ Brads at The Firefly

THE BURGER: Dry aged chuck and brisket freshly ground in-house and smashed on a hot griddle for a wicked sear. All served with lettuce, onion and pickles as standard. Classic burger comes with burger sauce and Jack cheese.
