Set on the outskirts of the picturesque Georgian town of Pershore, Pershore Brewery is owned and run by husband and wife team, Sean and Elizabeth Barnett. They set up the brewery after a love of home brewing led them to need bigger premises and a microbrewery was born. Established in July 2015, Sean and Elizabeth built the brewery from scratch. They produced their first ales in late 2015, selling the first cask to a local pub in the December that year.
Elizabeth, runs the brewery and combines selling, delivering and brewing, several awards already to her name, she is becoming an accomplished “Brewster”.
Whilst Sean, who still has a day job in London, helps direct the brewery and creates new ales under “Digital Geek” branding, producing big flavour beers using high alpha hops to produce complex flavour profiles.
Sean, too, has several awards for his ales, and is going on to create a new series of craft ales.
Pershore Brewery produces classic real and craft ales with enthusiasm and passion, and with plenty of recipes to choose from, there are ales for every time of taste and flavours.
In the short time they have been brewing, Pershore Brewery have already won several awards from SIBA (Gold, Silver and Bronze) and the Guild of Fine Foods (Great Taste Awards) for their ales.
