After working as a chef for a number of years Maryann has always had a keen interest in desserts and patisserie. Cake baking became a real passion when Maryann left her job to dedicate her time being a stay at home mummy, and decided to set up her business at the beginning of May this year, and Cotswold Rustic Brownies was born.
Cotswold Rustic Brownies bake beautiful bespoke cakes for all occasions drawing inspiration from our natural surroundings here in the Cotswolds, and have just launching their ‘ Letterbox brownies’ -brownies of a variety of flavours that can be sent as a gift or a treat to yourself right to your door.
Maryann does all of her baking at her home in Moreton-in-Marsh, sourcing ingredients locally where possible. Billy’s Eggs are used to make the cakes and brownies, from a farm a few miles away in Stow on the wold, and milk from Butlers Road Farm in Long Compton.
